Quite simply the best window cleaning contractor we have worked with in 51 years of trading!
We use Fairfield Cleaning predominantly for Window Cleaning, however we have reached out to them for Canopy Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning and other general maintenance tasks such as external building works. Liam and Tony make it very easy and a pleasure to work with their company, their attention to detail and personalized customer service are one of their greatest assets, on top of the High Quality work they carry out. They both take the time to get to know the sites and the people that they are dealing with, especially being a trust with 5 schools their retention of knowledge for each site gives us the peace of mind that they are one of our most trusted contractors.
We have used Fairfield Cleaning for a number of years now and can highly recommend them. They are always courteous, professional and able to adapt their working patterns around the School's needs. A first class contractor.
Fantastic company! Fairfield Cleaning Services are incredibly reliable, fair and professional. They are always willing to go the extra mile and consistently provide an impressive service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail is excellent. I would highly recommend Fairfield Cleaning Services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and trustworthy cleaning company. Brilliant service from start to finish!
Fairfield are very proactive booking in, providing site specific and detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements. They attend site on the agreed dates and work conscientiously throughout the day with very little disruption to our tenants and provide a high quality service. Always ensure that they get the sign off from the Residence Manager before clearing site.
Really happy with the service from Fairfield Window Cleaning Services. We are a 386-bed student accommodation, so there are a lot of windows to keep on top of, and finding someone reliable to manage the job is really important for us. Liam has always been great to deal with. He's friendly, reliable and professional, and communication has always been straightforward. He turns up when he says he will, gets on with the job and leaves everything looking really clean and tidy. There's never any fuss or hassle, which makes a big difference when you're managing a busy student accommodation building. The standard of the window cleaning has always been really good, and Liam clearly takes pride in his work. He's also happy to help if there's anything we need or if something needs a bit of extra attention. Overall, we've had a really positive experience with Fairfield Window Cleaning Services and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional window cleaning company. It's great having someone we can trust to get the job done properly.
We are a 99 apartment retirement village and Tony and Liam have cleaned our windows since opening. They are reliable and over the course of 2 years have built positive relationships with our residents and staff. They are keen to ensure that everyone is happy with their service.
